Business Spotlight – Scotia Roofing and Building Supplies

Dundee-based Scotia supplies a wide range of roofing and building products to customers across Scotland who include national housebuilders, landscapers, self-builders and retail/trade cash.
They are the sole distributor of Barlosa Natural Spanish Slate and one of only two approved distributors of Marley Weatherboard in Scotland.
The 4,600 sqm Dundee site has customer parking, a trade counter and showroom, and significant warehousing and yard space allowing for excellent stock availability. Scotia also operates a delivery service across mainland Scotland providing new and reclaimed roofing slate, roof tiles, flat roofing products including single ply solutions and all additional required ancillaries. They also have large stocks of rainwater systems, landscaping products and heavy-side materials.
The 14-strong Scotia team are led by directors Marjorie Thomson and Gail Smith.
