EGGER UK Ltd employs approximately 800 people across its two chipboard manufacturing plants, located  in Hexham, Northumberland and Barony, East Ayrshire. At its UK sites it manufactures raw chipboard which can be upgraded to Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) and T&G structural flooring.

James Jones & Sons Ltd is one of the UK’s largest and most progressive timber companies, with core activities in sawmilling, I-Joist and pallet manufacture. They operate seven sawmills throughout the UK, an engineered wood manufacturing plant in the north of Scotland and have pallet and packaging operations at sixteen sites across the UK.
