NTG Customer ‘Rate Us’ Scores Remain High – Ensuring Real-time Customer Satisfaction

Across the country customers are replying to our ‘Rate Us’ emails and texts to give us real-time customer satisfaction scores. And the good news is that people rate us highly!

But we’re always striving to do better and recognise that there’s more we can do as we aim to be the supplier of choice in the timber and timber product sectors. By measuring our interactions and impact we can pinpoint where we need to make more effort and acknowledge colleagues for a job well done.
