National Timber Group Scotland Completes Latest Development Programme

Ten National Timber Group managers have completed the latest senior leadership development programme. National Timber Group Scotland asked Rob Cross, founder and managing director of The Purposeful Leader and celebrated author of The Great Man is Dead, to lead the programme which started in December 2023.

Nick Ratcliffe, NTG Scotland Managing Director, commented ““I am delighted how well this development programme has gone, not only the bespoke content created by Rob Cross and the senior management team, but also the by-product of collaboration from bringing our people together in our Timber Training Academy. We had a great mix of brands, experience and length of service on the programme and the cross-pollination of ideas, advice and support has been inspiring. I am certain our business and our colleagues are closer than ever and both will prosper following this development programme.”.
